1. Controller

2. Data we process

Data you provide: name, email address, company, position, phone number, country, investment focus, ticket range, LinkedIn profile, message content, membership and partner application details, and deal submissions.

Account data: email address, encrypted password credentials, profile and membership status.

Order data: purchased items, amounts, currency, transaction identifiers and payment status.

Technical data: server log data such as IP address, browser type, referrer and time of access, processed for security and stability.

3. Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

• — Responding to enquiries and applications: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
• — Providing accounts, memberships and digital products: Art. 6(1)(b).
• — Payment processing and accounting: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c).
• — Newsletter and insight updates: Art. 6(1)(a), revocable at any time.
• — Security, fraud prevention and platform operation: Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Recipients and processors

We use carefully selected service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR: our EU-hosted application and database infrastructure, our CRM system (Propstack GmbH, Germany), our payment service providers (Stripe for credit card and SEPA Direct Debit payments, NOWPayments for digital asset payments) and our email delivery provider. Payment providers act as independent controllers for the payment data they collect.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this occurs on the basis of adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Enquiry and application data is deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless a membership or business relationship exists. Invoicing and transaction records are retained for the statutory retention periods (generally 10 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Requests: business@artiko.club.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority of your habitual residence.

7. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies and local storage required for login sessions and platform functionality. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

8. Confidentiality

Deal submissions, capital requests and member communications are treated as strictly confidential and are shared internally only on a need-to-know basis.
